Summary: I booked this very last minute to replace a hotel room of horror. The front desk people were so wonderful in making me feel welcome. And the hotel was clean.

Summary: I attended a Vietnam Vet reunion. We had a conference room for visiting. It had no air conditioning. Our President of the 196th unit went out and bought fans to try to keep the membership comfortable. My room looked like it had a water episode from the floor above. The carpet was wet and moldy in spots. It even had toad stools growing in the closet and in the corner. One positive that I will mention was a banquet that was held on our last day and the food was very good.

Summary: i was there for a 2 night stay, i forgot to leave the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, i come back the next afternoon, and housekeeping took my breakfast cereal and a bowl i left on the desk, oh well, i guess they are told to clean the rooms, and thats what they did, they dont bother to check if a guest is staying more than 1 day, but do they really beleive you would actually leave your belongings behind? anyway, that could happen anywhere... a couple years ago, at a hotel in Connecticut, i was on a 3-night stay, i had left stuff in the bathroom, soap shampoo, toothpaste, etc, and they took it all, but luckily they had common sense to save it in a bag, and i got my stuff back....

Summary: We will come back again in the future. Only thing that matters to us is put good stars because one in the shower head isn’t strong enough of water pressure. Also, we are appreciative that they were immediately provided to deaf devices like a door bell flash, bed vibration and tty. We def will request again in the future.

Summary: We wanted a place with an outdoor pool to have some R&R time while visiting Pittsburgh. The hotel was so large and so busy that when my wife went to sit by the tiny pool (in the shade of the surrounding tower blocks!) It was packed with people, noisy and not that clean. The reception clerk seemed clueless. The a/c was blasting on full when we got to the room (such a waste of energy and freezing cold), although the room itself was quite comfortable. The windows were filthy though. Didn’t have breakfast as it's an extra charge, but looked distinctly average. Only plus is that we could check out after two of our three booked nights.

Summary: Hotel charges $50 per night for incidentals. Never saw anything about this through the app. Traveling for business so i had to put that on a personal credit card.

Summary: I showed up to check in the hotel was closed do to power loss. They had been with out power for a week and no rooms were available. They mentioned there was no way to get in touch with me since I booked with Hotels.com Not sure why the hotel or hotels.com didn't contact me. I used both my email and phone number when booking the trip. There is no reason why I should not have been notified.
